Foundations reinforces on-the-job training for junior and assistant property managers and is a great refresher for experienced professionals, filling training gaps and providing important management and operations updates. This 6-module course covers the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management and more and is open to all experience levels.
