New Incentives for the 2023 Membership Drive! Help us grow BOMA Fort Worth and win airfare ($1000 value), registration to the 2024 BOMA Southwest Conference ($500 value), tickets to the 2023 Holiday Party ($200 value).

The contest is for new real estate members only, not renewals; must manage, own, and/or lease properties in the BOMA Fort Worth market; and is open to BOMA Fort Worth members only. The contest is based on a points system. Each time a new member joins and the BOMA Fort Worth members name list on the “referred by” section will be awarded points based on the member type.

  • Principal = 10 points each
  • Principal Additional = 5 points each
  • Emerging Professional = 2 points each
  • Limited Engineer = 2 points each

Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the October Monthly Luncheon. Prizes are:

  • 1st Place: $1000 Airfare Travel Voucher
  • 2nd Place: 2024 Southwest Region Conference Registration ($500 value)
  • 3rd Place: 2-Tickets to 2023 Holiday Party ($200 value)
*In the event of a tie, names will be placed in a drawing and awarded accordingly - 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place
